The Shirodhara Experience

Shirodhara, derived from the Sanskrit words *shiro* (head) and *dhara* (flow), is an ancient Ayurvedic therapy designed to bring deep relaxation and mental clarity.

What to Expect:

- Warm herbal oil is gently streamed onto the forehead in dosha-specific patterns, starting from the right temple to the left.

- The flow then transitions to the center of the forehead, where it continues uninterrupted for approximately 30 minutes.

- The treatment begins with a full-body Abhyanga massage, including cranial and scalp marma point manipulation, to prepare the body and mind for the Shirodhara therapy.
