Simply add to 1-2 tsp to your heated pan with oil, pan fry powder until it becomes aromatic, add your vegetables/meat/fish and just add water!

Ingredients- Hand ground Spices; turmeric, long pepper, coriander, cumin, mustard seeds, fenugreek, red lentils, green lentils, hint of red chilli, asafoetida, sea salt.
